I aim to send you the best quality items, but understand that buying jewellery without being able to handle and feel the piece is difficult. For this reason, I offer a 14 day returns policy if you are unhappy with your jewellery, in line with Customer Contract Regulations. However, bespoke/personalised items and earrings for pierced ears cannot be returned unless faulty. Hand stamped items cannot be returned unless a mistake has been made by myself, please ensure all personalisation is correctly spelled. Please email email@example.com if you would like to send an item back within 14 working days of receipt. Buyers must pay return costs unless item is faulty and please obtain and keep proof of posting. A refund will be credited to original payment method within 14 days. All items must be in their original condition. Faulty items should be reported as soon as possible before 30 days. A full refund or replacement will be offered.
